What
is Jaecheop?
Corbicula is one of the edible cockleshells.
It lives in fresh water and lives
under sand in winter. It comes up
to the surface of the water when the
weather is warm. Its spqwning season
is between July and August. It lives
for two or three years in average.
Jaevheop broyh is highly nutritious
and delicious.
